Submission does not guarantee publication. SEA Insight Partners may request proof of ownership, authorization, financial data and an NDA before presenting the opportunity to investors.

Authorization & Information Use

I confirm that I am the owner, legal representative, authorized broker/agent, or have written permission from the lawful owner to submit this asset.

I confirm that the information, images, documents, and links are accurate to the best of my knowledge, lawfully obtained, and may be reviewed, stored, and used by SEA Insight Partners for confidential screening.

I authorize SEA Insight Partners to share selected information with qualified buyers, investors, advisors, or professional counterparties after internal review and under appropriate confidentiality controls.

Platform Fee

A 3% platform fee applies to the actual sale price.

The Seller is responsible for VAT (7%) and Withholding Tax (WHT) as required under Thai law.

The total burden averages about 3.3% of the sale price.

Fees are due only upon completion of the sale and receipt of payment.

No fee applies if no sale is completed.

Agreement Record

A record of this agreement will be generated and sent to the Seller's provided email.

Electronic Acceptance

Clicking "Accept Terms" constitutes an electronic signature under Thailand's Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544 (2001) and is legally binding.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved under Thai jurisdiction.
