Owner rental terms

Clear rental platform terms.

Rental placement

10% platform fee on confirmed rental revenue, with VAT and WHT responsibility bringing the practical total burden to approximately 11%.

Service support fee

Additional service support fees depend on the services requested and will be agreed in writing before being added to the rental agreement.

Payment trigger

Platform fees apply only when a rental booking is completed and payment is received.

Villa rental service terms

Owner Commitments

The Owner confirms legal authority to offer the villa/property for rent and warrants that submitted information is accurate and lawful.

Platform Fee

The Owner agrees to pay a 10% platform fee on confirmed rental revenue.

The Owner is responsible for VAT (7%) and Withholding Tax (WHT), bringing the practical total burden to approximately 11%.

Fees are due only when a rental booking is completed and payment is received from the guest.

Service Support Fee

If the Owner requires service support during the rental period, an additional fee will apply depending on the services requested.

Specific service fees, such as guest communication, on-site coordination, or payment handling, will be agreed in writing and added to the rental agreement.

The Owner is responsible for VAT and WHT on such service fees.

Electronic Acceptance

Clicking "Accept Terms" constitutes electronic acceptance under Thailand's Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544 (2001) and is legally binding.
